Womens Winter 2025/2026 DETAILS

When

Season runs from September 2nd 2025 to April 2026.

Games

3 x 15-minute stop-time periods with a flood every two periods.
3 on 3 OT and Shootout if necessary and time permits (game slot is 90 minutes long).
2 Qualified Officials + 1 Qualified Timekeeper per game GUARANTEED.

CCRHL CAPTAIN PERKS

Team Captains who register their team with a $1,500 deposit by June 15th 2025 will receive 25% off of their personal fees* (Early Bird Discount)
Team Captains who pay in full by July 1st 2025 will receive an additional 25% off of their personal fees.* (Pay in Full Discount)

* Personal fees are calculated by taking base fees and dividing by 16

26 Games + Playoffs (min. 28 games) - $10,500 + GST
28 Games + Playoffs (min. 30 games) - $11,100 + GST
30 Games + Playoffs (min. 32 games) - $11,700 + GST

HOME ICE PACKAGE

Secure half (or more) of your games at a preferred day of the week, start time, and arena by adding a “home ice” package to your registration

$1,300 incl. GST (Limited Availability) - Half or more of your games will be at the same day/time/arena.

* Talk to us about bringing your own ice slot!

** Home Ice pick order is determined by the order in which a team registers and pays the $2,800 deposit ($1,500 deposit + $1,300 Home Ice) . **

All Fees can be paid with Visa, MC through HockeyShift or E-transfer to payments@ccrhl.ca

***Individual payment receipts are automatically sent to players when they pay the league directly.

EARLY PAYMENT BONUS (Ballot Tier Level)

Bronze - All registered teams by August 15th 2025 will receive one (1) ballot for our winter draw

Silver - Teams with paid deposits by June 15th 2025 receive three (3) ballots into our winter draw

Gold - Teams paid in full by July 1st 2025 receive five (5) ballots for our winter draw
